Isle of Wight Experience has been arranging Educational visits and School residential visits for 32 years.

Our bespoke service to schools assists busy teachers in the planning of their visit by arranging a comprehensive package for both outdoor learning experience and team building experience.

The family run business based on the Isle of Wight enables us to have a close and long standing relationship with hotels, transport services and site attractions.

VENUES

Alum Bay and The Needles

A site with spectacular views of cliffs of different coloured sands and geological features and great attractions.

Amazon World

Walk your students through the various habitats encapsulating many species of animal and many types of plants.

Bembridge Lifeboat Station

Located in the boathouse with the slipway at Lane End, Bembridge. With a guided talk by volunteers of the R.N.L.I.

Blackgang Chine

Set on the cliff tops, with stunning sea-views, and filled with an eclectic mix of attractions and magical theme worlds.

Brading Roman Villa

A fine example of mosaic floors dating back to the 3rd century AD, and excavated objects showing life in Roman Times.

Carisbrooke Castle and Museum

Book a free self-led visit and find out more about how the changing role of Carisbrooke Castle.

Dinosaur Isle

Large collection with a interactive display of fossils and field trip to one of the prime fossil locations on the Island.

Isle of Wight Steam Railway

Victorian and Edwardian period of transport, with A.V. presentation outlaying the historic background of the Island’s railways.

Model Village Godshill

Nestling behind the walls of the old vicarage in Godshill is one of the islands most popular attractions.

Osborne

Bring history to life and get a real insight into the private lives of Queen Victoria, Prince Albert and their children at Osborne.

Shanklin Chine

This Chine was first open to the public in 1817 and was part of the manor of Shanklin.

Portsmouth Historic Dockyard

This excellent visit includes good hands on experience for children, giving an immersive insight to life aboard.

UNIQUE EXPERIENCE
